The ZWILLING Madura Plus Ceramic Sauté Pan 28 cm is a durable and efficient sauté pan with a ceramic CERAFORCE® TITANIUM coating – free of PFAS and PFOA. The reinforced coating is up to five times more durable than previous ceramic coatings. An aluminum core ensures fast and even heat distribution, while the high rim makes it ideal for larger portions. The pan has a heat-insulated stay-cool handle and is made in Italy. Suitable for sautéing, frying and simmering.
