The main lesson part consists of a 30-step menu where you learn dance actions such as "down," "up," and "wave." At first, you learn rhythmic movements using only your upper body, and then gradually move to your lower body, choreography, and more. Even beginners can start with confidence as the moves will be taken step by step.
The free part is a more practical mode and contains 6 types of original dances with different song genres. You can enjoy various types of dances to the rhythmic BGM, and the instructors will also be dedicated to dancing together as "dancers".
