Zum Steakbesteck gehört ein Messer mit besonders scharfer Klinge aus Spezialklingenstahl, die mit Wellenschliff versehen ist. Es schneidet kraftvoll durch Gegrilltes mit krosser Kruste, gleitet geschmeidig auch durch dickes Fleisch. Die Steakbesteck-Gabel hat extralange und spitze Zinken, um die Fleischstücke aufzuspießen.
