The suspension point for the punching bag is 75 centimeters from the wall. So there is plenty of room for the punching bag to move with the punches and kicks you give it. Robust alternative to ceiling mounting. Sufficient space around the punching bag. Including mounting materials. Choose your training height yourself.
At what height should the wall bracket be mounted? Look at the height of the tallest person who will be using the punching bag and add 10 centimeters to that. The top of the boxing pad must therefore extend 10 centimeters above the head. Add 30 centimeters to it (the length of the chain) and attach the bracket to the wall at the height of the result.
The wall bracket is best mounted on stone or concrete. Do not hang the bracket outside, the weather can affect the quality of the material and the assembly over time.
