Rapid RP160 macht es einfach, Nietmuttern in Blechen und anderen Materialien zu verankern, so dass anschließend eine Schraube in die Gewindemutter eingedreht werden kann. Das Werkzeug funktioniert wie ein Adapter und wird wie ein normaler Bohrer oder Bit an einen Bohrschrauber oder Schraubendreher aufgesetzt. Die Maschine muss ein einstellbares Drehmoment haben. Rapid RP160 ist besonders effizient für große Projekte, die viele Nietmuttern erfordern. Das Werkzeug hat ein robustes Aluminium-Monocoque-Außengehäuse und die griffige Oberfläche ermöglicht sicheres und präzises Arbeiten. Alle mechanischen Teile sind aus gehärtetem Stahl gefertigt. Außerdem ist ein Montageschlüssel für eine einfache Wartung enthalten. Das Werkzeug ist für Nietmuttern der Größen M4, M5, M6 und M8 ausgelegt. Die Zugdorne und die Mundstücke sind im Lieferumfang enthalten. Für ein optimales Ergebnis sollte eine Bohrmaschine oder ein Schrauber mit mindestens 18 V Akkukapazität verwendet werden
