Der verbundene Controller ist das zentrale Modul jeder Niko Home Control-Installation. Es deckt alle grundlegenden Funktionen ab, auf denen eine Niko Home Control-Installation aufgebaut ist: Es liefert die Stromversorgung für den Bus, stellt die Verbindung zu Niko Home Control IP-Geräten (Touchscreens und externen Videoeinheiten) sicher und ermöglicht die Fernsteuerung mit einem Smartphone oder Tablet. Pro Installation ist nur ein verbundener Controller erforderlich. Dieses Modul enthält Firmware, die nur mit der Niko Home Control Programmiersoftware 2.1.1 oder höher programmiert werden kann.
