Installation is most conveniently done through the OBD port. Just plug the unit into the diagnostic socket and you are done with the installation. If you prefer to connect the product to a power source, do so via an OBD power adapter. The MiniFinder Zepto can handle a voltage from 9V to 36V.
All passenger cars manufactured from 2001 onwards support OBD connection. The jack is usually in the cab, usually somewhere under the steering wheel.
MiniFinder Zepto is a Plug & Play GPS tracker. Neither knowledge in electronics nor cables is required for connection to the vehicle's electrical system. Zepto uses the OBD port only for power supply.
Minifinder digital logbook
MiniFinder Zepto not only provides you with comprehensive anti-theft protection. If you connect the track transmitter to MiniFinder's subscription with associated app, it also gives you the opportunity to keep an electronic logbook.
With a digital driving record, important dates, driving distances and times for travel are automatically registered. The reports also give you information that helps you analyze the company's digital operations, driving behavior, times and other relevant statistics.
MiniFinder's digital driving record is approved by the Swedish Tax Agency, which means that you can feel completely confident in your choice of product.
