Cromo DisplayPort-Kabel sind ausgestattet mit einzigartigen, verchromten Steckverbindungen, welche die Ansprüche designorientierter Prosumer sowie die Anforderungen industrieller und gewerblicher AV-Anwender verbinden.
Unterstützt werden UHD-Auflösungen bis zu 4K 4096 x 2160@60 Hz 4:4:4 10bit einschließlich stereoskopischem 3D-Transport. Die DisplayPort-Kabel aus der Cromo Line ermöglichen außerdem 4:4:4 Farbunterabtastungen für eine möglichst exakte Farbwiedergabe.
Die Cromo DisplayPort-Kabel verfügen über einen zusätzlichen HighSpeed-Kanal für DDC & EDID, der auch als universeller Anschluss für die bidirektionale Übertragung von z. B. einer USB-Computermaus oder -Tastatur oder von USB-Kameras oder -Mikrofonen genutzt werden kann. Auch Speicher wie USB-Sticks oder Kartenleser können über den AUX CH betrieben werden.
