Die Emulex 16 Gb (Generation 6) Fibre Channel (FC) Host-Bus-Adapter (HBAs) sind eine ideale Lösung, wenn Hochgeschwindigkeits-Datentransfer in der Speicherkonnektivität für virtualisierte Umgebungen, Datensicherung und bei
geschäftskritischen Anwendungen benötigt werden. Sie wurden entwickelt, um die Anforderungen moderner vernetzter Speichersysteme zu erfüllen die hochleistungsfähige Solid-State-Speicherlaufwerke mit geringer Latenz für Caching und persistenten Speicher nutzen als auch Festplatten-Arrays verwenden.
Die Emulex 16 Gb Gen 6 FC HBAs sind mit ExpressLane ausgestattet, das den geschäftskritischen Datenverkehr in überlasteten Netzwerken priorisiert und so eine maximale Anwendungsleistung auf Flash-Speicher-Arrays gewährleistet. Sie unterstützen außerdem die Brocade ClearLink-Diagnose durch den Emulex HBA Manager (früher Emulex OneCommand Manager), wodurch die Zuverlässigkeit und das Management des Speichernetzwerks bei Anschluss an
Brocade Gen 5 FC SAN Fabrics gesichert wird.
