Chicken soup, juicy roast pork or the classic roast duck for Christmas. Lots of flavor, but also lots of fat. When the sauce is to be made, the jug with fat separator is indispensable. The jug allows you to separate the fat, but still retain all the flavor from the stock. The stainless steel strainer at the top keeps residues back so they don't end up in the fund. The jug is made of heat-resistant borosilicate glass and after the jug is filled with the delicious juice, the fat will float to the top. You pour the sauce from below through the long neck, which takes all the flavor but leaves the fat behind. The jug has a scale in oz, ml and cup, and can hold 1 litre.
