Green Tea Fresh Toner is based on 80% green tea extract from the completely unique volcanic island of Jeju in South Korea. Jeju Island is formed by volcanoes, and this means that the soil contains a particularly high concentration of important and unique vitamins and minerals, which are also found in the green tea plants. This combination is an ideal cocktail for skin that is both sensitive and suffers from many kinds of challenges - including overly eager sebaceous glands.
