Der einmalige Akkuaustausch-Service bietet drei komfortable Möglichkeiten, Akkus nach Ablauf ihrer Garantielaufzeit auszutauschen – Austausch durch den Kunden, externe Rückgabe und Service vor Ort. Mit jeder Option wird ein Ersatzakku bereitgestellt, sollte die Ladekapazität des Original-Akkus während der regulären Verwendung unter 50 % fallen oder eine Akkuzelle noch vor Erreichen der 50 % ausfallen.
