Gymstick Foldable Gym Mat (200 x 100 x 5cm) is a great training ground for home use. The chassis fits well e.g. gymnastics, martial arts, strength training, stretching and body maintenance. 5cm thickness thanks to the exercise mat really dampens the sound and punches. The gymnastics carpet surface is made of durable material and inside the mattress specially prepared EPE padding foam. Available in two colours: Black and blue.
