Zircon HD900C Multiscanner Stud and Steel Rule Detector Product Description: The Zircon Multiscanner HD900C is a revolutionary new tool for easy and safe detection of metal, pipes, studs of both wood and metal, as well as live wires hidden in walls, floors, concrete etc. With three settings (stud, metal and voltage), the instrument is the ideal solution for all drilling and mounting work where you want to be sure to drill in the right place the first time. The multiscanner clearly indicates with sound and large illuminated display the location of metal and studs. The instrument also indicates if there are live wires in the wall so that you can avoid drilling into hidden pipes or cables. With patented "Center Vision" technology, the instrument accurately marks the location of studs with red light. Signal strength indicator shows whether it is a deep or shallow object being detected while ACT technology automatically corrects for common errors such as starting scanning on a stud ensuring perfect results every time.
