COLMI R02 Smart Ring size 10 (19.8 mm) is a lightweight wearable designed for continuous tracking of heart rate, SpO2, sleep, and daily activity across 21 sport modes. It connects via Bluetooth 5.0 to the QRing app for syncing and long-term health analysis. The titanium alloy body with a hypoallergenic inner layer ensures comfort for all-day wear. With IP68 water resistance and 6–7 days of battery life plus a magnetic charging case, it supports reliable and discreet health monitoring in everyday use.
The ring continuously measures key health indicators including heart rate and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2). It automatically tracks sleep cycles, distinguishing between light and deep sleep stages, and records total sleep duration to evaluate recovery quality. In addition, it supports 21 sport modes, enabling structured tracking of various activities such as walking, running, and general workouts. Metrics such as steps, distance, calories, and exercise duration are recorded and stored.
Data is saved locally and synchronized via Bluetooth 5.0 to the QRing mobile app, where users can review detailed trends and long-term changes. The titanium alloy exterior provides durability against daily wear, while the hypoallergenic inner lining ensures comfort during extended use, including sleep. Its lightweight and slim design allows continuous wear without interfering with daily tasks.
With IP68 water resistance, the ring can be worn during handwashing, workouts, and exposure to water. Battery life ranges from 6 to 7 days per charge, and the included magnetic charging case allows quick recharging in approximately one hour. It is designed for uninterrupted, low-profile health monitoring in daily life.
