As with all Braun products the emphasis is on prioritising usability and functionality and this is perfectly illustrated by the continuous backlight function that subtly illuminates the dial when in low-light environments. The unobtrusive backlight aids legibility, resulting in effortless time reading at night. This function can also be disabled by the user.
Among it’s features are a snooze and light function, as well as a crescendo beep alarm that once set is visible on the clock face with a green indicator. The BC22 is powered by a quartz movement that ensures the clock is quiet and precise.
