Das Raumthermostat II 230 V ist flexibel steuerbar: z.B. mobil per App, am Gerät, über Apple HomeKit oder per Sprache via Siri, Amazon Alexa und Google Assistant, aber auch über (spontan unterbrechbare) individuelle Zeitprogramme je Wochentag oder integriert in Szenarien, welche mehrere Funktionen gleichzeitig regeln (z.B. um mit „Haus verlassen“ u.a. die Heizkörper in allen Räumen zu drosseln).
Neben der Heizpause (z.B. im Sommer) ist auch der Betrieb im Kühlmodus (mit entsprechender Wärmepumpe) einstellbar. Auch können Temperatur- und Luftfeuchtigkeits-Messungen als Auslöser für Automationen genutzt werden, z.B. um Lüftungserinnerungen zu erhalten oder einen automatischen Hitzeschutz durch Rollläden zu generieren.
