Grundsätzlich sind alle actiLib Tape Autoloader und actiLib Tape Librariers von vorn herein mit einer 3jährigen Garantie ausgestattet. Die Gewährleistung umfasst auch den bewährten Fast Exchange Service auf Komponenten-Basis (Vorabaustausch), bei dem ein erkanntes, defektes Teil sofort und direkt an den Anwender verschickt wird - und ja, dieser Service ist für die ersten drei Betriebsjahre kostenfrei.
Durch die actiCare Service-Erweiterung kann dieses 'Sorglos-Paket' um ein oder zwei Jahre erweitert werden. actidata bietet hier im Rahmen der actiCare Service-Angebote die Erweiterung der Systemgewährleistung sowie des Fast Exchange Service auf Komponenten-Basis für des 4. und 5. Betriebsjahr als Option an.
Als Option steht auch der Service vor Ort bis zu 60 Monaten zur Verfügung.
