The elegant grinders are made of beech wood with grinders in ceramic. The ceramic grinders on the Zassenhaus grinders are easy to adjust depending on how fine or coarse you want it. You have the choice between six levels, from ultra fine to extra coarse. Unlike most competitors, the setting remains in its position no matter how much you paint. The ceramic grinder is virtually indestructible and comes with a 25 year warranty! The ceramic grinder hardens at 1700 degrees and is thus both harder and more robust than steel. The fact is that the only material that is harder than ceramic is the diamond. In addition to the hardness, the ceramic grinder has many other advantages, among other things it can not rust, just as it can resist erosion somewhat better than steel.
