What is worth knowing about the display?
The 1.43-inch Super AMOLED display offers a high resolution of 466×466 pixels and a refresh rate of 60 Hz. It has the AOD = Always on Display function, so you can always see what's going on. The appearance of the dial itself can be changed and selected from a pre-set menu of patterns. The display has a brightness of up to 600 nits, so it will be clearly visible even in direct sunlight.

Do you play sports?
That's good, because S3 will support you even more. You'll find over 150 pre-set sports modes to match the physical activities you do most often. There is no shortage of modes for tennis, basketball, walking, running, frisbee, billiards and many others. Thanks to the built-in dual-frequency GNSS positioning system, each route will be recorded and you will not get lost in unfamiliar surroundings. The route can then be recreated in the phone application and displayed on a 3D map with a live preview. GPS will also help you in the mountains, where it will record every route - length, speed and distance. When you turn on the voice guidance function, the watch will recognize when you are sitting on the ski lift and inform you about the time and distance of your last ride.

You can take the watch with you to swimming training. The 5ATM water resistance is sufficient for swimming in pools and shallow waters, but does not guarantee the watch's resistance in hot water, sauna, diving and water sports where water may hit the watch at high speed.

New operating system
The S3 comes with the all-new HyperOS operating system, which makes it faster, more efficient and better equipped. It works with Android and iOS mobile phone systems. But the watch can also communicate with fitness devices, TVs and other devices, allowing you to connect multiple devices to the watch at the same time. The operating time on one charge is up to 285 hours.

Health measurement
Inside the watch there is a new generation biometric sensor with a 12-channel heart rate detection module. The sensor better removes noise and improves signal quality, which ensures more stable and accurate measurement. Auto detection alerts you to both high and low heart rate.

The watch also measures blood oxygen levels and stress levels. It will notify you if you reach the limits. For women, it is ready to track their cycle.

Sleep monitoring
The watch measures sleep quality and also records short naps during the day. The new algorithm better analyzes and evaluates sleep stages, sleep duration and sleep breathing. So you can track REM sleep, deep sleep and light sleep. The measured data can be used to improve your sleeping habits.

Pair your watch with your smartphone to remotely control your phone. The watch allows you to control music playback, use it as an external microphone for phone calls, and instantly check the latest notifications without having to reach for your phone. In case of an emergency, the watch will send a message or call an emergency contact. It even detects the user's fall and sends an alarm notification. You can also save a card with medical information to the watch to provide first aid in the event of an accident. The internal memory with a capacity of 32 GB allows you to store your favorite music in the watch and listen to it even if you forget your mobile phone at home. The new gesture control technology allows you to activate any function with the appropriate hand movement. For example, you can shake your watch to put a call on hold or wave it to view the weather forecast.
