With the Vitamix dry jug, you can easily blend dry ingredients. The knives are designed so that the ingredients in the jug are not pulled down - this means that the contents do not get hot. Among other things, the dryer allows you to make homemade, gluten-free flour for your bread. The jug is 100% BPA-free plastic fits all Vitamix Ascent models - i.e. A2300I, A2500I, A3500I.The Vitamix Ascent dry jug 1.4 liters has Interlock, which means that the blender recognizes the jug and sets its programs according to the jug. In addition, the jug and blender also detect whether the lid is correctly fitted.
