Der 5G-Empfänger ist eine Mobilfunk-Außeneinheit für den Speedport Smart 4. Durch die Kopplung von Mobilfunk (5G und LTE) und Festnetz und eine entsprechende Hybrid 5G/LTE Tarifoption werden höhere Internet-Bandbreiten, sowie Ausfallsicherheit ermöglicht.
Für einen optimalen und störungsfreien Mobilfunkempfang muss der 5G-Empfänger im Außenbereich montiert werden. Dazu liegt im Lieferumfang umfangreiches Montagematerial bei.
