Pay attention to the correct connection.**When connecting to a mobile device, please make sure that your phone/tablet with a USB-C port supports the OTG function.For Samsung/Google/LG branded phones, the files on the memory card should be formatted in the FAT32/EXFAT file system. NTFS is not supported.
