Diese Festplatten-Dockingstation ist mit UASP (USB Attached SCSI Protocol) ausgestattet und ermöglicht es, die schnellsten Laufwerktechnologien wie SATA III (6 Gbit/s), Solid State Drives (SSD) und Hybrid-Laufwerke, in Verbindung mit UASP-fähigem Host-Controller mit bis zu 70% höherer Geschwindigkeit als herkömmliches USB 3.0 optimal zu nutzen.
Das Festplattendock verfügt über unabhängige Stromtasten für jedes einzelne Laufwerk, sodass jedes Festplattenlaufwerk separat betrieben werden kann. So haben Sie die Möglichkeit, ein Laufwerk per Hot-Swap auszutauschen, während Daten übertragen werden, und auf diese Weise Zeit zu sparen.
Mit einem zusätzlichen SATA-auf-IDE-Festplatten-Adapter (SAT2IDEADP) erweitern Sie den Funktionsumfang der Dockingstation und können jede beliebige 2,5- oder 3,5-Zoll- IDE-Festplatte in einer SATA-Festplatten-Dockingstation einsetzen.
