Sports Champions is a game for PlayStation 3 that uses the PlayStation Move controller and the PlayStation Eye peripheral to provide players with motion-controlled sports gaming. It has six events, including table tennis and gladiatorial combat, three gameplay modes, and ten playable characters. Players can use two Move controllers simultaneously in events, and there is support for PlayStation Network. The game allows players to physically engage in competitive sporting activities from home using the easy-to-use controller. There are different controls for each event, such as swinging your arm forward to blast your opponent out of the ring or conducting high-speed exchanges in table tennis. Sports Champions is fun to watch as well as play, with first-time players feeling adrenaline when winning or heart-in-throat emotion when losing. Players can choose from one of ten athletes from around the world to play exotic sporting activities like Disc Golf or Archery; they have their choice of three gameplay modes: Free Play lets them practice matches with their choice of options; Challenge Mode delivers fast frenetic gameplay; Champion Cup Mode allows them to compete against ten athletes to become ultimate champion. They can improve their high score through detailed stats and an online leaderboard system that shows who's best all-time athlete while competing with up to four friends striving for top spot taking Champions Cup by heating up any challenge through a variety of exciting multiplayer matches
