iAroma-system - Perfect interaction for perfect taste
The iAroma system is the technology inside all Siemens fully automatic espresso machines that ensures a perfect cup of coffee. It starts with the durable ceramic grinder that grinds the coffee ideally. The intelligent flow heater then provides the perfect water temperature. In combination with the smart water pump, you get the right water pressure for extraction. In addition, the brewing unit gives the perfect taste thanks to a precision brewing method.

Now you can create your individual beverage with the perfect grinding grade. The eGrinder electronically provides the chosen grinding grade for every beverage. In comfortMode you can choose fine, medium or coarse to prepare your perfect coffee. In baristaMode you can even choose between 6 grinds for each drink on the parameter screen.

The perfect coffee aroma is achieved thanks to baristaMode. This function lets you easily and precisely set coffee strength, quantity, brewing time, brewing temperature, milk quantity and even the grinding grade. By way of example, you can set your desired strength in 9 steps.

Enjoy up to 32 international coffee specialties with Home Connect
This fully automatic espresso machine can be controlled with any smart device or Amazon Alexa via the Home Connect app. This means that you can activate the cup warmer, select your individual coffee, start the brewing process from your bed, and skip switch-on rinsing. With the Home Connect, you can also taste up to 32 international coffee specialties at home – whether it is an American Red Eye, Wiener Melange or Portuguese Garoto.

This unique fully automatic steam cleaning system activates after every drink, ensuring perfect hygiene and relieving you of having to clean the milk system every day. Store your favorite beverages
In your profile, you can save up to 10 beverages with your individual settings of coffee strength or the amount of water and milk you prefer. Furthermore, it is even possible to set the profile as the starting category so that you have direct access to your favorites after switching on. Your EQ900 offers 3 different profiles.
