Die Tabelle mit den empfohlenen Tagesrationen basiert auf dem Zielgewicht des Tieres und dem Grad des Übergewichts. Der optimale Gewichtsverlust beträgt 1 bis 3 % des Körpergewichts pro Woche. Um das Zielgewicht nach Erreichen zu halten, kann auf SATIETY, WEIGHT CONTROL oder NEUTERED Produkte umgestellt werden. Die Energiezufuhr in der Gewichtserhaltungsphase sollte in jedem Fall maximal 10 % höher sein als in der letzten Reduktionsphase.
