Das Set besteht aus 20 Einwegampullen - 10 Tagesampullen und 10 Nachtampullen. Jeden Morgen eine hellblaue Ampulle verwenden. Am Abend die dunkelblauen verwenden.
Zuerst das Gesicht reinigen und trocknen lassen. Dann den Deckel der hellblauen Ampulle abbrechen und den Inhalt auf Gesicht und Hals auftragen. Den gesamten Inhalt der Ampulle gut in die Haut einmassieren. Das Gleiche am Abend mit dem Inhalt der dunklen blauen Ampulle tun.

Es ist wichtig, dass Sie nur abends blaue Ampullen verwenden, da Ihre haut lichtempfindlich wird.Daher wird auch empfohlen während des zehntägigen Programms Sonnenschutzmittel zu benutzen.
