ParkOne 2 sets the standard for how a modern electronic parking disc should work and look. The new parking disc is based on the incredibly popular ParkOne and is the result of consumer feedback and many hundreds of test hours. Like its predecessor, ParkOne 2 was designed by designer John Sebastian. The design is minimalistic and elegant, and emphasis has been placed on visually making it as thin as possible. The inner display is angled, so it is easy to see and read the numbers. One centrally located button on the back simultaneously balances functionality and complete form to a degree rarely seen in product design.
ParkOne 2 is approved by the Danish Transport Agency in accordance with Executive Order No. 327, 2003 on parking discs and bears the agency's approval number FS26 on the front. A parking disc must, in order to be approved by the Danish Transport Agency, show the parking time 100% safely, and the time must under no circumstances be manipulated. All components - including the battery - have therefore been tested at the leading consumer engineering institute in Finland, SGS Fimko.
