A soothing toner based on a concentrated herbal formula. Numbuzin No.1 Pure-full Calming Herb Toner contains 93% herbal extracts and is designed to relieve irritation and redness, while controlling excess sebum.
The toner contains extracts from Centella Asiatica, Houttuynia Cordata, and licorice root, which together help to nourish the skin. These ingredients are also known for their anti-inflammatory properties, making the toner ideal for troubled skin. Panthenol is added as it is a good moisturizer that can also strengthen the skin barrier, and extracts from hyacinth and Polygonum Multiflorum help cleanse and hydrate the skin deeply, while restoring the skin’s oil-water balance.
The lightweight consistency means that the toner is quickly absorbed, and with continuous use, you may find that your skin is left feeling refreshed and soothed.
