They are called in chronological order by the staff using the LED display and an acoustic signal, ensuring they are served as quickly as possible and in the correct sequence. Since the number is displayed on the LED screen, customers can move freely around the store, making the most of their waiting time. This also offers several advantages for the staff, allowing them to focus on service and guidance with the assurance of an efficient flow of customers. The cordless remote control (+/-), which can be placed behind the counter, makes it easy for staff to call customers forward.The Turn-O-Matic Classic system is easy to install. It does not require Wi-Fi or an internet connection and operates independently. The system requires very little maintenance in operation.The following items are included in the starter kit, ready for use: display with cordless receiver, red 2-digit LED display, queue ticket dispenser (colour: red/grey), 6 rolls of yellow queue tickets, each with 4,000 tickets, power supply, and 2 cordless remote controls.
