Mit dem Angebot von HPE InfiniBand können einheitliche Fabric-, Datenbank- und Hochleistungslösungen auf einer Vielzahl von HPE Plattformen erstellt werden, einschließlich 2- bis 4-Wege ProLiant DL und ML Servern. Zu den unterstützten Optionen für ProLiant DL und ML gehören 4 x InfiniBand (10 Gbit/s) Dual-Port-PCI-X- und PCI-Express-Hostkanaladapter, ein intelligenter 4 x InfiniBand-Switch mit 24 Anschlüssen und eine Vielzahl von InfiniBand-Kabeln. Es wird eine umfassende Suite von Managementtools bereitgestellt, darunter ein in den Switch integrierten Subnetz-Manager, voll funktionsfähige Web- und Befehlszeilenschnittstellen sowie ein Java-basierter Fabric-Manager.
