The design of Ergo Kettlebell reduces the impact against the forearm because of its well-shaped handle making the workout experience enjoyable. The neoprene coating will not leave marks on the floor. The benefit of kettlebell training is based on functional movement which means that more than one muscle group is working at the same time. Kettlebell training increases muscle strength, endurance and balance. Available in 4kg, 6kg, 8kg, 10kg, 12kg, 16kg and 20kg.
