Landmine is a strength training add-on to Gymstick Alpha series racks. Landmine facilitates movements on the plate bar, which require the bar of one end to remain in place. Strength training movements such as T-angular stains and various tbody rotations can be done conveniently with landmine. Landmine also allows for different variations of squatting and vertical push-ups, for example, which are not possible without the staticness of one end of the bar.
