And because the only ingredient in our CANOPHERA is coffee wood, they are 100% vegan and free of harmful ingredients (such as plastic).
The sizes of CANOPHERA have been developed to promote chewing for all dog sizes.
Can coffee wood splinter? During the normal chewing process, fine wood fibers are released by your dog's saliva. These fibers are harmless and can be digested without problems.
However, as with any tree, splintering can occur, especially in dogs with a really strong or energetic bite. If you notice that the coffee tree is splintering, take it away from the dog immediately.
CANOPHERA is suitable for the vast majority of dogs, but should splintering occur, CANOPHERA may not be right for your dog.
How long does a CANOPHERA last? It depends on your dog's eagerness to chew and how strong your dog's jaw is - the chew stick can last for several weeks.
