1. Open and turn the pens
Spin the bottom of the pens to get the gel in the brush.
2. Apply the gel onto your teeth
Dry your teeth with a cloth before applying. Brush the gel onto your teeth with a thick layer.
3. Light up the activator
Put the activator into your mouth and light it up. Keep it in for 20 minutes and rinse your mouth with water.
