Anycubic ASA filament is a durable 1.75 mm filament developed for functional 3D printing and outdoor applications where resistance to weather and heat is important. The material offers strong protection against UV exposure, moisture, and changing environmental conditions, helping prints maintain their appearance and structural stability over time. With heat resistance up to 90°C, ASA is suitable for parts exposed to higher temperatures or demanding environments. Compared to standard ABS, the filament produces less odor during printing, making it more comfortable to use indoors. The spool contains 1 kg of white filament with an approximate length of 395 meters.
ASA material is engineered to resist UV radiation, moisture, and fluctuating weather conditions without fading or degrading as quickly as many standard printing materials. This makes it well suited for outdoor components, engineering parts, and practical models that need to maintain both appearance and performance over time.
The material also provides heat resistance up to 90°C, helping printed models retain their shape and mechanical properties in warmer environments. Compared to PLA, PETG, and traditional ABS, ASA offers improved dimensional stability and is less likely to warp when exposed to heat or demanding conditions.
In addition to its environmental resistance, the filament delivers strong mechanical durability and impact resistance, allowing printed parts to withstand moderate stress and daily use without easily cracking or deforming. During printing, ASA also emits noticeably less odor than conventional ABS, helping create a more comfortable working environment, especially in enclosed spaces or home workshops.
