Anycubic ASA filament is a durable 1.75 mm filament designed for functional 3D printing and outdoor applications. Its high resistance to UV exposure, moisture, and changing weather conditions helps printed parts maintain their appearance and stability over time. With a heat resistance of up to 90°C, the material is suitable for components exposed to higher temperatures or demanding environments. Compared to standard ABS, ASA produces less odor during printing, making it more comfortable to use indoors. The spool contains 1 kg of gray filament with an approximate length of 395 meters.
ASA is designed to withstand prolonged exposure to sunlight, moisture, and changing environmental conditions without fading or degrading as quickly as many standard printing materials. This makes it suitable for outdoor components, technical models, and engineering parts that require long-term dimensional stability and durability.
The material offers heat resistance up to 90°C, helping printed parts maintain their shape and mechanical properties in warmer environments. Compared to materials such as PLA, PETG, and standard ABS, ASA is less likely to warp under higher temperatures and demanding conditions.
In addition to its weather resistance, the filament provides strong mechanical performance and impact resistance, allowing prints to better withstand daily use and moderate stress without cracking or deforming easily. During printing, ASA also emits noticeably less odor than traditional ABS, improving comfort when printing in enclosed workspaces or home environments.
