Abrasion resistant polyester film coated MYLAR® blade coating provides upto 10 times more resistance to abrasion than a standard lacquered blade, increasing the life of the tape and reducing wear on most heavily used sections of the blade. TRU-ZERO™ hook for precise inner and outer measurements, moving back and forth along the securing rivets to account for the hook thickness. The STANLEY® PowerLock® tape measure’s innovative slide lock was one of the first of its kind when it first launched in 1969 – making measuring faster and easier than ever before. Bright yellow, easy-to-read blade. Unique top reader - simply position the back of the case flush against an object and the measurement you see through the transparent viewing window takes into account the length of the case, for an accurate measurement even in tight corners, without the need to bend the blade.
