The ELEGOO Saturn 4 Ultra 16K is a high-precision resin 3D printer designed for detailed and reliable production. Tilt Release technology increases efficiency by reducing layer separation time, allowing print speeds up to 150 mm/h. A built-in heating system maintains resin at 30°C for improved stability and print quality. AI camera monitoring, automatic leveling, and smart sensors ensure consistent and safe operation. Tilt Release technology is a key performance feature, reducing the time required for each layer separation step. This significantly increases overall printing efficiency, enabling speeds of up to 150 mm/h while maintaining consistent print quality. A built-in resin heating system keeps material at approximately 30°C, ensuring optimal viscosity, improved layer adhesion, and reduced printing defects such as bubbles or inconsistencies.
The system includes an AI-powered camera for real-time monitoring of print jobs. It can detect potential failures such as adhesion issues or missing layers and also supports time-lapse recording of the entire print process. Automatic bed leveling eliminates manual calibration, supported by multiple intelligent sensors that monitor resin level, temperature, and operational safety.
Connectivity is provided through dual-band Wi-Fi, and the printer supports cluster printing, allowing multiple units to be managed simultaneously for efficient batch production. It is compatible with widely used slicing software, ensuring straightforward integration into existing workflows.
