The ELEGOO Mercury Plus 3.0 is a 2-in-1 resin post-processing device combining washing and curing in one compact system. It improves workflow efficiency by allowing the washing container to be placed directly into the curing unit, reducing handling steps and saving workspace. Operation is handled via a simple touch panel with a digital display for mode selection and timing control. The upgraded 7.5L IPA capacity supports larger models or multiple prints per cycle, while an expanded curing chamber allows batch processing. A 360° UV system with a rotating platform and Fresnel lens ensures even curing, and broad compatibility covers most LCD, DLP, and MSLA printers.
The device is operated through an intuitive touch interface with a digital display, allowing precise control over time settings, modes, and start/stop functions. This ensures ease of use while maintaining accurate process control.
Capacity has been significantly increased compared to previous versions. The 7.5-litre IPA tank supports larger models or multiple prints in a single cycle, accommodating items up to 214 Ă— 135 Ă— 180 mm with the build plate or 230 Ă— 135 Ă— 260 mm without. The enlarged curing area enables simultaneous processing of larger parts or multiple smaller components, improving productivity.
Washing functionality includes two methods: suspended washing or basket-based cleaning using a corrosion-resistant container. This provides flexibility depending on model geometry and reduces the risk of damage to delicate structures. A turbine system with POM bearings ensures stable and efficient liquid movement, improving cleaning performance, while a sealed design prevents leakage during operation.
The curing system provides uniform 360° UV exposure through a rotating platform that ensures consistent light distribution across the entire model surface. A Fresnel lens improves light diffusion for better curing precision, especially in fine details. A protective cover blocks up to 99.9% of UV radiation, enhancing operational safety.
After processing, models are clean, smooth, and fully cured with improved surface quality, making them ready for painting, assembly, or further finishing. The system is compatible with most LCD, DLP, and MSLA resin 3D printers, making it a universal post-processing solution for a wide range of users.
