Ob als Enterprise Session Border Controller oder IP-Router - der SN5600 bietet hervorragende VoIP-, IP-QoS- und Sicherheitsfunktionen für eine nahtlose Netzwerkintegration. Die saubere Trennung der LAN und WAN-Dienste voneinander ist der Schlüssel für qualitativ hochwertige und zuverlässige Funktionalität, auch in All-IP-Netzwerken. Dank des integrierten SIP-Back-to-Back-Benutzeragenten werden Interoperabilitätsprobleme, verursacht durch VoIP-Produkte unterschiedlicher Hersteller, behoben indem der SIP-Datenverkehr von verschiedenen Anbieterimplementierungen normalisiert wird.Darüber hinaus bietet der SN5600 eine Reihe von Funktionen, die die LAN-Infrastruktur schützen. Nummernmanipulations- und Anrufweiterleitungsoptionen sind wie bei jedem Patton eSBC Standard. In Verbindung mit der Patton-Cloud werden Kundennetzwerkproblem erkannt und die Administratoren proaktiv benachrichtigt. So lassen sich Ausfallzeiten des Dienstes verringern und die Kundenzufriedenheit steigern.
