§ 9 Jurisdiction If you are a merchant, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is our business location.
§ 10 Consumer Dispute Resolution We are obligated to participate in a dispute resolution process with the General Conciliation Board - Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., www.verbraucher-schlichter.de.
