These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between TechnologyONE Germany e.K. and consumers or business customers who purchase goods through our online store. We do not accept conflicting or differing terms and conditions. The language of the contract is German.
2. Contract Formation
All product listings on our website are non-binding invitations to purchase. By placing items in your cart and submitting the order, you make a binding offer to buy. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email or fax.
3. Storage of Order Information
We store your order and contract details. You can access them at any time through your customer login area or request a copy from us.
4. Order Corrections
Before submitting your order, you can review and correct all input. Additional correction options are provided during the checkout process.
5. Code of Conduct

6. Retention of Ownership
The goods remain our property until payment is received in full.
7. Warranty and Limitation Period
For consumers, the warranty on used goods is limited to 12 months. This excludes hidden defects, damages, or guaranteed features.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for slightly negligent breaches of non-essential duties, unless injury to life, health, or body is affected, or a major contractual obligation is breached.
9. Place of Jurisdiction
If you are a registered business customer, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is our company’s registered location.
