LK Wiser Gateway, white
Wiser Gateway is the central communication unit in the Wiser system. In order to communicate with the internet, a Wiser system must be connected to a Wiser Gateway. Wiser Gateway has three functions: 1. Communication between local LK Wiser units. 2. Communication via internet and the local LK Wiser system with the Wiser mobile app. 3. If the connection to the internet is interrupted, Wiser Gateway will ensure that the system still works (except for the functions that require internet communication).
Wiser Gateway can be mounted on a wall with the included screws or on a flat surface in a table holder (optional). Wiser Gateway is powered by the included adapter via a microUSB port or via 12 V terminals. There is a connection port for Ethernet. Wiser Gateway communicates with WiFi 2.4 GHz. On the front of the Gateway there are LEDs for Ethernet, WLAN, and Zigbee. Please note that patch cables must be purchased separately.

Shipping costs (including VAT)
We charge a flat rate of €15 per order for shipping costs.
For the shipping of bulky goods (forwarding shipping) we charge as follows:
Forwarding for parcels weighing 31.00 kg – €60
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany (Germany) within 3 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment order).
Shipping to any other European country is 3 to 10 days.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time depends on the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
