Der Vigor167 ist ein Modem für Supervectoring Profil 35b und alle gängigen VDSL- und ADSL-Varianten über Profil 17a, mit und ohne Vectoring, bis hin zu DSL-Light mit 384 Kbit/s. Das Modem ist dabei sowohl für ältere Anschlüsse als auch in Hinsicht auf die All-IP BNG-Anschlüsse geeignet.
Das Modem verfügt über 2 Gigabit Ethernet LAN-Ports. Ihre bestehende Netzwerkstruktur kann über diese schnell und einfach eingebunden werden. Haben Sie ihren Einwahl-Router zum Beispiel über LAN Port 1 verbunden, können Sie über LAN Port 2 weiterhin auf Modem zugreifen, um zum Beispiel Statusinformationen zu monitoren. Mit IPv6 und VLAN-Techniken für Triple-Play werden aktuelle und zukünftige Technologien bereits unterstützt.
