AT-FS750/24POE ist ein mit 24 Ports ausgestatteten Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) Fast Ethernet WebSmart Switch mit 2 SFP 10/100/1000T Kombi-Gigabit-Uplinks für den Glasfaseranschluss. Zwölf der insgesamt 24 Downstream-Ports des AT-FS750/24POE können per PoE die Stromversorgung von Geräten mit geringer Leistungsaufnahme (z. B. VoIP-Telefone oder Überwachungskameras) übernehmen. Das hat den Vorteil, dass diese Hardware ohne lokale Stromversorgung ausschließlich am Netzwerkkabel betrieben werden kann. Der Kunde hat dabei die Wahl zwischen sechs Ports mit der vollen Leistung von 15,4 W oder zwölf Ports zu je 7,3 W. Der neue AT-FS750/24POE verbindet die Einfachheit eines ungemanagten Switch mit bedienungsfreundlicher Web-basierter Management-Funktionalität. Unter dem Strich entsteht damit eine kosteneffektive und unkomplizierte Lösung für die äußeren Bereiche eines Netzwerks.
