30-Day Return Policy

Technology Germany offers a clear and customer-friendly return process for eligible products. Please read the information below before sending any item back to us.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving the order, provided the product is eligible for return and is sent back in proper condition.

The return period starts from the day the customer or an authorised recipient receives the goods.

Return Request

Please contact us before returning any item. Include your order number, product details and the reason for return.

Product Condition

Returned products should be unused, complete, properly packed and include all original accessories, manuals and packaging where possible.

Return Approval

After receiving your request, our customer service team will provide further return instructions.

Products That Must Be Returned Complete

All returned items must include the original product, accessories, cables, manuals, software, warranty cards, packaging material and any included parts.

If parts are missing, damaged or the product shows signs of use beyond normal inspection, the refund amount may be reduced where legally permitted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for packing the product safely before return shipment. Products must be protected against transport damage.

Please do not write directly on the product packaging and do not attach shipping labels directly to retail packaging if it can be avoided.

Some products may be excluded from return or may have limited return options due to hygiene reasons, personalised configuration, software activation, sealed items, business-to-business purchases or legal restrictions.

This policy does not limit any statutory rights that customers may have under applicable law.

Refund Processing

After the returned product has been received and checked, eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider, bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with your order number, photos of the packaging, shipping label and product.
